An integrated gas ballast allows air or other non-condensing gases to enter the pump and disperse any easily condensable vapors inside the pump. An integrated separator (AK) at the inlet captures particles or condensed vapors before they enter the flow path, and an integrated separator (AK) at the outlet prevents condensation at the exhaust from returning to the pump. The New Technology (NT) design provides a quiet, low-vibration drive system; a simplified valve mounting system for quick maintenance; easy-to-clean, smooth surfaces; and a reduced-leakage sealing system. All pump components that come in contact with the pumped medium—including the diaphragm, valves, pump heads, and internal tubing and fittings—are made of fluorocompounds, providing a chemical-resistant flow path.
